Buttermilk Pancake

There has always been something special about IHOP pancakes. If you want a quick and scrumptious breakfast, here is a recipe that will surely satisfy your taste buds.

Ingredients:

1¼ cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

1¼ cups granulated sugar

1 pinch salt

1 egg

1¼ cups buttermilk

¼ cup cooking oil

Preparation:

Preheat your pan by leaving it over medium heat while you are preparing the pancake batter.

Take all of your dry ingredients and mix them together.

Take all of your wet ingredients and mix them together.

Carefully combine the dry mixture into the wet mixture until everything is mixed together completely.

Melt some butter in your pan.

Slowly pour batter into the pan until you have a 5-inch circle.

Flip the pancake when its edges seem to have hardened.

Cook the other side of the pancake until it is golden brown.

Repeat steps six through eight until your batter is finished.

Serve with softened butter and maple syrup.
